T-Pro’s system is able to fully and automatically integrate with a client’s existing IT architecture including Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Case Management Modules. This allows for a unique level of distribution to clients. Files can be returned to authors, secretary’s or uploaded seamlessly to these document management platforms for further processing. Following transcription T-Pro passes work through a second level QC to ensure the highest level of accuracy is obtained. This allows clients to reduce the amount of time spent checking and editing work that is returned.
