We are proud to announce a partnership between the DSBA & T-Pro to provide the first Irish based dictation App. DSBA Dictate allows members to easily dictate, securely send the dictations to T-Pro for typing and receive the typed documents back. A DSBA member can download the App for free and start using our service. There will be an introductory offer so that members can try it out for free too. We can set up your templates in advance so that you get the highest quality documents back.
Once a member signs up we will then:
- Contact them with their user name and password & a How-to use the App.
- Send our NDA and Contract T&C's
- Ask them to send us their standard templates, Letterhead etc. (Max 5 Docs) so that you get the highest quality documents back
We will return completed docs to them by email. We also have a secure online portal where members can login to download their documents anywhere they have an Internet connection. We will keep the last three months online for them.
We also have enterprise solutions for firms with multiple users where we can integrate with existing dictations systems and document management systems.
