Announcing integration with Cluan Medical

We are delighted to announce that T-Pro's medical transcription service and Cluan Medical have recently completed a full integration add-on.  Consultants can now dictate using existing systems, mobile apps or any other device.  T-Pro will automatically collect these dictations; our Irish medical typists will then return documents directly to Cluan.  These will be processed by the cluan add-on which will handle all patient data, addresses, CC’s etc.

This integration streamlines the document creation workflow for Cluan users ensuring clinics operate efficiently, maximising time and cost savings and allow secretaries and administrators to concentrate on patient care.   

Cluan Medical Patient Management System allows easy tracking of patient details, including personal and next of kin details, invoices and receipts, Health Insurance claims and Hospital Booking forms. It provides functions to

• Create letters to the Patient, GP or Solicitor including importing letters from T-Pro
• Maintain a diary for patient appointments
• Send reminder text messages to patients
• Scan documents into the patient record.

The system is totally customisable, thus ensuring that any routine forms or letters used can be added to the system and be completed without the need to rekey any information already stored.
